If you have not yet started making a body of work, or want more direction in your creative life, then I recommend starting with the beginner programme.
If you are already in the midst of creating something but need help or guidance, then I suggest choosing the intermediate programme.
If you have a developed body of artistic work already, but need help getting it out into the world “officially”, then the professionalisation programme could be for you.
And if you still feel unsure which stage to pick, we can always talk it through together at a free preliminary chat before you decide.

No. You can do a single “drop in” of any session to try it out, or in some cases, book a package of three to get a 10% discount on top of the single session rate.

As in-person activities and connections are at the heart of this coaching practice, at this time, I only operate in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether this area includes you, please drop me a message via the contact form to check.

I would say that we won't know unless we try! The best way to get a sense of whether I am the right coach for your creative journey is to book a free preliminary chat or try out one shorter session with me.
In general, creativity is such a nebulous thing that it may be hard for you to determine, especially at the start, whether a guide is helping or hindering you. Three basic questions you could ask yourself after our session to do a “gut check” are:
How do I feel in my body after this experience? More energized or less?
How have my thoughts changed - are they moving faster or slower than usual?
Do these changes make me feel more or less able to make some art?
