Feeling creatively stuck?
In this two-part course, sound/energy healer Erica Grande will first guide you to discover your authentic inner voice, by working through your energetic blocks via a meditation exercise. Then, I will identify "pressure points" in your creative life where you can use that authentic voice more effectively to take up space, assert yourself, and achieve goals.
Choose a 2-session package for 5% discount. This includes work to address deeper psychological barriers via an Akashic records reading with Erica, and therapeutic journaling with me.
What could your childhood self teach you about creativity?
Using words and action-play, we will reenact a memorable childhood game to identify how your “inner artist” most enjoyed imagining and experimenting, in a time before expectations. You’ll leave feeling connected to this past self, to harness her energy for your project.
Sessions take place in a location of your choice.
